This is a brand new 14" circular metal ladder wreath.
You take 4 to 6 yards of your own choice of fabric, cut it into 18" to 54" wide strips, and pull it through the ladder to flare, tuck, or twist to make a beautiful wreath.
The longer, and wider the strip, the fuller the wreath.
Wow your friends with a homemade wreath on your door or wall.
